Commercial Manager

ROLE:The successful candidate will play an important role in establishing Augustus’ presence in Jeddah. The role will involve leading business development efforts, securing partnerships, growing revenue opportunities, and supporting the growth of the brand and platform locally. It is ideal for someone who understands the pace of digital media, has strong local market awareness, and is excited by the opportunity to help grow a brand in a new market.SKILLS :Strong background in social media, digital media, digital marketing, or digital managementAround 3–5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, partnerships, sales, or a similar roleStrong understanding of digital media platforms, branded content, and audience growthProven ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue growthStrong knowledge of the Jeddah market, with an existing network considered a strong advantageExcellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skillsCommercially minded with a proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial attitudeStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to targets and deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teamsSaudi NationalKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify and develop new business opportunities for Augustus in JeddahBuild, manage, and grow relationships with clients, agencies, brands, and strategic partnersPitch and secure commercial partnerships, branded content opportunities, and advertising solutionsDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and revenue opportunitiesRepresent Augustus in the local market and build a strong commercial network in JeddahSupport the day-to-day leadership of the Jeddah office and help establish the local operationWork closely with content and editorial teams to ensure commercial opportunities align with the brand and audienceSupport the growth of the platform and brand presence in Jeddah through market insight and relationship-buildingContribute to local commercial planning and help shape the Jeddah market strategyAttend weekly meetings and contribute to commercial planning and business development discussionsWork closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and partnershipsPEOPLE :Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance cultureBring a positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude to the roleWork with your line manager to develop SMART performance objectivesChampion Augustus’ culture and values in day-to-day workPROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENTContinue building emotional intelligence and self-awarenessDevelop industry presence and professional relationships where relevantComplete all mandatory training requirementsABOUT AUGUSTUS The consumption of media is ever present, yet the mediums and the means are ever evolving.
