Accommodation & Fleet Supervisor

We’re Hiring | Accommodation & Fleet SupervisorEMAR Saudi for Energy Works Co. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly organized Accommodation & Fleet Supervisor to lead our accommodation and transportation operations at our head office in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the accommodation and fleet coordinators team.Manage employee accommodation leases, payments, and renewals.Oversee the company fleet, including maintenance, registration, insurance, and traffic violations.Plan and supervise staff and worker transportation to project sites.Coordinate with landlords, rental companies, workshops, and suppliers.Prepare weekly accommodation and fleet reports for management.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in accommodation or transportation management, including supervisory experience.Experience in contracting or project-based companies is preferred.Valid Saudi driving license.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong leadership, organizational, and follow-up skills.📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia💼 Employment Type: Full-time | On-site🇸🇦 Saudi nationals preferred
