Company Description CINDREBAY SCHOOL OF DESIGN is a leading design education institution in India with over 20 years of experience in nurturing creative talent.Role Description The Branch Manager at CINDREBAY SCHOOL OF DESIGN will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kozhikode campus in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include managing staff and faculty schedules, ensuring smooth academic and administrative processes, and maintaining high standards of student services. The role involves planning and executing local marketing and outreach activities, building relationships with partners and stakeholders, and supporting student enrollment and retention initiatives. The Branch Manager will monitor financial performance, handle budgeting and resource allocation, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. This position also requires fostering a positive, inclusive campus environment and aligning branch activities with the school’s vision and quality standards.Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional activities.Strong organizational and operational management abilities, including scheduling, process oversight, and problem-solving.Business and administrative skills, such as budgeting, basic financial oversight, and reporting.Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, faculty, and external partners.Experience in education management, training, or academic administration is highly beneficial.Ability to plan and support local marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode, with a commitment to maintaining an inclusive and student-centered environment.Preferring people from Kozhikode
