We are committed to building strong teams, maintaining high service standards, and creating opportunities for professional growth.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of one of our coffee shop branches in Beirut.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent team management skills, and the ability to maintain brand standards while driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Manage staff schedules, attendance, task allocation, and team performance.Train, supervise, and develop team members to maintain high service standards.Monitor product quality, consistency, presentation, and overall guest experience.Oversee inventory management, stock control, ordering, and waste reduction.Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.Monitor daily sales, cash reconciliation, POS transactions, and branch reporting.Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.Support sales growth, customer retention, and local marketing initiatives.Coordinate with senior management on operational improvements, KPIs, and branch performance.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role within the F&B industry.Coffee shop or specialty coffee experience is strongly preferred.Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of inventory control, cost management, and daily financial reporting.Familiarity with POS systems and operational reporting tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take full ownership of branch operations.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays according to operational requirements.Join our growing hospitality group and contribute to delivering exceptional coffee experiences while leading a high-performing team.
