Branch Supervisor (Wellness and Beauty)

We are looking for a Branch Supervisor for a Health & Wellness company based in the UAE.Location – Dubai, UAESalary – 7,000 – 8,000 AED/monthQualifications & Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a beauty, wellness or medical aesthetics centreDiploma in Beauty Therapy, Business Administration or a related field is preferredStrong understanding of DHA regulations for salons and wellness centresAbility to implement and enforce hygiene, health and safety protocolsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsSales-driven, with a proven track record in revenue generationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challengesProficiency in scheduling and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including the front desk, opening and closing, and adherence to company standardsManaging staff schedules and attendance to ensure full shift coverageOptimising appointment scheduling to maximise efficiency and revenueMaintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked facility in line with brand standardsEnsuring full compliance with DHA salon regulations, including hygiene, sterilisation, licensing, permits and safety protocolsConducting regular internal audits and inspections, and ensuring all staff hold valid DHA licences and certificationsDelivering a first-class client experience and handling enquiries, complaints and Google reviews professionallyImplementing strategies to improve client retention and satisfactionDriving retail and service sales, and training staff on treatments, products and promotionsMonitoring sales performance and identifying local marketing opportunities to increase footfallSupervising, coaching and developing a team of therapists and support staff, including daily briefings and team meetingsHandling disciplinary matters and conflict resolution, and upholding grooming and conduct standardsManaging inventory, minimising wastage and ensuring timely stock replenishment and accurate recordsTracking KPIs including revenue, client retention and staff productivity, and managing cash handling and petty cashIdentifying cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service qualityAbout the role:We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a health and wellness centre in Dubai. You will ensure the branch runs smoothly, meets DHA regulations and delivers an exceptional client experience, while driving sales and profitability. Leading a team of therapists and support staff, you will coach and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain high standards of hygiene, service and professionalism. The role also covers inventory, reporting and financial controls.
