This role involves guiding clients through the end-to-end process of establishing and structuring businesses, including licensing, regulatory compliance, and coordination with relevant authorities and partners. The consultant will assess client needs, prepare and review documentation, manage timelines, and provide clear, professional communication throughout each engagement. Day-to-day tasks include conducting feasibility assessments, advising on legal and financial implications, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local and international business regulations, contributing to process improvements, and supporting client relationship management.QualificationsStrong sales skills to assess business needs, evaluate options, and support data-driven recommendations.Consulting and management consulting experience to design and implement tailored business setup solutions.Excellent communication skills to explain complex information clearly and build trusted relationships with diverse clients.Knowledge of UAE business regulations, licensing, and company formation procedures (free zones and mainland) is highly beneficial.Demonstrated client-focused mindset, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality and discretion.Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or project management software.The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Urdu. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
