-📢 Hiring: Business Development Manager – Outsourcing🏢 Company: Vistas Global📍 Location: Qatar💼 Experience: 5+ years in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition✅ Must-Have Skills:* Proven experience in Business Development and new client acquisition* Experience in Outsourcing, Staffing, Manpower Supply, or Professional Services* Strong B2B and enterprise-level sales experience* Client relationship management and key account growth* Lead generation, prospecting, and market penetration* Revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling* Proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ management, and contract negotiation* Pricing, commercial negotiations, and profit margin management* Team leadership, mentoring, and sales target management* CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and business reporting* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:* Experience acquiring corporate clients in Qatar / GCC* Existing network of enterprise-level clients and decision-makers* Track record of achieving revenue and sales targets* Experience managing outsourcing contracts and strategic accounts* Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and partnerships🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
