Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Working closely with business stakeholders and Data Engineers, the role defines KPIs, delivers actionable insights and enables consistent, data-driven decision-making through scalable reporting solutions.What You'll DoGather and analyze business reporting and analytics requirementsDefine KPIs, metrics, and business rules with stakeholdersDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using BI toolsDesign reusable analytical datasets and collaborate with Data Modelers to enhance analytical data modelsEvaluate and refine business reporting requirements to deliver scalable analytical solutionsPerform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insightsSupport Data Governance initiatives by documenting business metrics, dashboard definitions, metadata, and business glossary entriesRequirements3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data AnalyticsStrong SQL skillsSolid experience with BI and data visualization tools (preferrably QuickSight)Hands-on experience designing analytical datasets using dimensional modeling principlesDemonstrated experience delivering dashboards and reports using BI best practicesSolid knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing conceptsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skillsBenefitsStartup environment: RemoFirst is an early-stage startup.
