They grew to 500+ units under management in under a year, representing over $20M in annual revenue across the properties in their portfolio, and they are continuing to grow exponentially.Our client was founded by ex-MBB consultants (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) who became real estate developers. Between them they have started more than a dozen companies and raised over $50M in funding. They built the company after years of hiring property managers who could not hold their portfolio to the standard they held it to themselves.Property management is an industry that still runs largely on phone calls, paper work orders, and institutional memory. Our client operates differently. AI agents triage maintenance requests, workflows are automated end to end, and a small, high-caliber team manages a portfolio that would conventionally require several times the headcount. They are looking for someone to help them build that system out.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the founders, you will support and lead work across the business in both a planning and an execution capacity:Automation and systems. Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone work across the business and eliminate it. Design, build, test, and maintain workflows and AI-assisted processes on AppFolio and our client's wider technology stack.Training and enablement. Document processes into SOPs, build training materials, and onboard new team members.Special projects. Lead discrete initiatives such as new market entry, vendor negotiations, pricing analysis, portfolio migrations, and reporting overhauls.Operational excellence. Own KPI targets, identify where processes break down, and resolve root causes.Analysis and reporting. Build the models and reporting that inform founder decision making, and make clear recommendations.Team support. Coach and coordinate team members supporting your initiatives.ProfileRequiredNative or fully bilingual Spanish, plus fluent professional EnglishBased outside the United States and able to work US Pacific business hoursBachelor's degree (business, engineering, or economics preferred)Approximately 2 to 5 years of professional experienceTrack record of excellence across academic, extracurricular, and professional activitiesStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skillsProject management experience and the ability to execute complex tasks independentlyComfort with technology and fluency with AI toolsPreferredExperience at a leading management consulting firm or a rigorous corporate analyst programExperience in entrepreneurship or startupsExperience with AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar property management platformsExperience with automation tooling (Zapier, Make, n8n), SQL, or PythonIf this sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.
