DFI Retail Group is a member of the Jardine Matheson Group.We are seeking a Business Solution and Change Manager to define consistent business process and be responsible for implementing our new time attendance system (TAS) and Digital rostering system (DRS). We operate in multiple countries and need consistent business processes across all the markets we operate in. This position will have frequent direct exposure to business process owners and subject matter experts across different business functions within the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesRequirements gathering, analysis, and documentationConduct change impact analysisPrioritize requirements and obtained approval from stakeholdersStrong Cost/Benefit focus to ensure effort is focused on true business valueTranslate business requirements into technical requirements.Design high level process and technology solutionVerify final technology solutions and obtained signed off from business usersPerform QA and SIT to the solutionSupport User Acceptance TestLiaise effectively with technical teamCreate communication plans to ensure change adoptionTrack adoption metrics and KPIs for post implementationJob RequirementsStrong experience with IT business analysis and change management in large scale enterprise (HR system experience is a plus)Creative and willing to drive change including being well-organized and able to work independently.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsExcellent documentation skillsStrong business and/or systems analysis experience including business process mapping, defining requirements/user stories, solution design and implementation.Familiar with managing external vendors and able to communicate with users across all levelsExperience working in a highly matrixed organisationDemonstrates a strong awareness of the uses of retail technologies within the industry sector and specifically within competitive or associated organisations operating in the same marketA minimum of 5 years’ experience working in sizable company with a key role to work as a business analyst.Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking
