KildareWorking Arrangement: Full-time, office-basedRITTS Recruitment is partnering with an established Irish organisation to recruit a Business Systems & Data Improvement Lead to take ownership of business systems improvements, drive digital transformation and deliver practical initiatives across business processes, data, AI and automation.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role reporting directly to the CEO. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering business systems improvement and digital transformation projects from start to finish.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate tangible results from previous projects, take full accountability for delivery and confidently manage business stakeholders and their expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business systems improvement projects from initial assessment and requirements gathering through to implementation and successful delivery.Review and optimise existing systems, processes and integrations to improve operational efficiency.Take ownership of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and achieve measurable business outcomes.Improve data quality, governance, business intelligence reporting and management dashboards.Identify and implement practical AI, automation and process improvement solutions.Engage with senior leadership and business stakeholders, managing requirements, expectations and project priorities.Drive adoption of new systems and processes, ensuring sustainable improvements across the organisation.What We Are Looking ForExtensive relevant experience in business systems, digital transformation, data analytics or business improvement.Demonstrable experience of successfully completing business systems improvement or digital transformation projects, with clear evidence of results achieved.Strong hands-on experience implementing systems, improving processes, integrating technologies and delivering reporting or automation solutions.Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, Power Platform and Copilot.Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects, from identifying business requirements through to implementation and measurable outcomes.Experienced leading similar initiatives.
