Business Unit Manager | Pressure System Builders Vietnam (PSBV)Reports to: CEO · Full-time · Ho Chi Minh City · Start: Nov- Dec 2026Lead business development and drive sustainable revenue growth. Manage strategic customer relationships in oil & gas and related technical services, oversee quotation and order accuracy, and lead the sales team.* Key responsibilitiesDevelop the annual sales plan and allocate targets by customer segmentWin new customers through outreach, inquiry follow-up, trade shows and industry eventsExpand into adjacent sectors: marine, energy, mining, testing services and general hydraulicsManage strategic accounts with major oil & gas service companies and operatorsReview and approve quotations (pricing, specifications, lead time, commercial terms)Oversee order follow-up from PO to delivery, including urgent and pre-PO ordersOwn the Sales Team P&L (revenue, costs, margin) and deliver annual targetsPrepare regular business reports and keep CRM accurateMonitor competitors and oil & gas investment trends to propose growth strategiesRecruit, coach, train and evaluate the sales and technical teamManage partner relationships with principal companies on product portfolio, pricing and technical support*QualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical) or Business, Marketing, International Trade; petroleum background preferredMinimum 6 years of B2B sales in oilfield services or well equipment, including 3 years in sales managementKnowledge of upstream oil & gas services, high-pressure and hydraulic fluid systems, drilling tools and P&L analysisGood English communication; advanced MS Excel; CRM experienceStrong leadership, negotiation, analytical problem-solving and reporting skillsIntegrity, confidentiality, proactive mindset; willing to travel domestically and internationally*BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and performancePerformance bonus linked to sales team results, plus annual bonusSocial, health and unemployment insurance per Vietnamese lawAnnual leave per company policy; travel and client entertainment support*How to apply Send your CV (and an English cover letter, if available) to vinguyen@psbv.com#Hiring #BusinessUnitManager #OilAndGas #PSBV #HCMC
