Call Center Associate

We are hiring for the role of Call Center Associate. This will be a on-site role based at Gurgaon. Education : Any GraduateLanguages : Comfortable speaking in Hindi & EnglishKnowledge of Bengali will be added advantage , but not mandatoryRole & Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments and queries.Make outbound follow-up calls to patients.Help patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and basic information.Understand patient requirements and provide the right assistance.Maintain basic call details and follow the defined process.Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever required.RequirementsCandidates with min 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer support, customer care will be preferredComfortable speaking with patients over the phone.Good listening skills and a polite, patient attitude.Comfortable working in flexible shifts with 6 days working and rotational week off.
