Call Center Representative

Kaya Aesthetic is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and social media leads.Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.Provide clients with accurate information about aesthetic treatments, dermatology services, packages, and promotions.Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.Achieve monthly appointment booking, sales, and conversion targets.Maintain accurate client information and interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Call Center Agent in an Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Beauty Clinic.Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and customer-handling skills.Strong sales and lead-conversion abilities.Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented.Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.REMOTE-BASED.
