Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

We are looking for a licensed CPA to join our finance team in Dubai. This is an on-site role for someone with solid UAE accounting and tax experience who can own the month-end close and work independently. Applications that don’t will not be reviewed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial operationsPrepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and financial analysesMaintain complete and accurate accounting recordsManage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and filingsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningCoordinate with external auditors and provide required financial documentationMonitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and financial controlsEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards and UAE regulationsManage and maintain accounting processes within Odoo ERPWork with ERP systems to ensure accurate financial data, reporting, and controlsIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controlsProvide financial insights and recommendations to managementMandatory RequirementsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) qualificationMinimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAECurrently based in DubaiHands-on experience with Odoo ERPStrong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate TaxQualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldStrong experience with ERP systems and accounting softwareStrong knowledge of IFRS and financial reportingProven experience with UAE accounting and regulatory requirementsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills
