Einstein School Vung Tau is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to oversee the school’s accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and accounting team management while providing financial insights and recommendations to the Management Team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the school’s overall accounting and financial operations.Prepare, monitor, and control annual budgets and financial plans.Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, tax reports, and other required financial documentation.Ensure accurate and timely accounting records and compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.Advise the Management Team on financial matters, budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenues, and other key financial indicators.Establish and maintain effective internal financial and accounting controls.Manage, guide, and develop the Accounting team.Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other relevant stakeholders when required.Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Management Team.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.Valid Chief Accountant Certificate.Minimum 3 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or equivalent position.Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant financial requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Good communication and team management skills.Experience in the education sector is an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on qualifications and experience.Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.PTI healthcare insurance.Lunch provided at school.Professional and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for professional development within the EQuest Education system.Working ScheduleMonday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PMSaturday morningWorkplaceEinstein School Vung TauNo. 43, 30/4 Street, Tam Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Vung Tau City)Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV to: hr@esvt.edu.vn
