Location: Paphos, CyprusSalary: €10,000–€15,000 gross per month, depending on experienceOur client is an international group of natural skincare and supplement brands, launching its first holistic beauty, healing and longevity clinic in Paphos, with wellness, recovery and medical and aesthetic care under one roof.This is a founding hire: the person who will turn the project into a working clinic and then lead it, reporting directly to the founder.In the build phase, the successful candidate will help plan the services and equipment, secure the licences and recruit the team.

Once the clinic opens, they will run daily operations and own the results.ResponsibilitiesPlan the clinic's services and equipment, and manage supplier quotesShape the clinic layout together with architects and contractorsSecure all permits, licences and certifications for both the wellness and medical sidesRecruit and onboard the clinical and support teamSet up core systems: booking, memberships, client records and pricingRun the daily operations of the clinic once openLead, schedule and develop staff, and keep hiring as the clinic growsOwn the P&L and budgetsGrow memberships and revenue, and keep clients coming backDeliver a premium client experience and a spotless facilityKeep the clinic compliant with Cyprus health, safety and licensing rulesRequirementsProven experience running a clinic, med spa, health or wellness service, gym or similar service business, with full operational responsibilityHas owned a P&L and budgets, and can show the resultsHas hired, led and developed a teamGenuine personal interest in biohacking, anti-ageing, beauty and wellnessHands-on builder, comfortable starting with an empty building and no teamCommercially minded, with high standards for service and detailFluent English, and confident dealing with authorities, suppliers and contractors in CyprusAdvantageous: experience setting up a clinic, med spa, gym or similar facility from scratch, including permits and certificationsAdvantageous: experience with medical licensing in Cyprus, including the Ministry of HealthAdvantageous: experience managing a fit-out or renovation project, or running a membership-based businessAdvantageous: strong local network in Paphos, and Greek and/or Russian
