Role: Chief Information Officer

Location: TexasSalary: £320,000 - £350,000I'm currently speaking with a rapidly growing business that's exploring the appointment of a CIO / CTO to help drive its next phase of growth.This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founder and leadership team, taking ownership of technology strategy, digital innovation and AI adoption.The business has experienced significant growth, recently secured further investment and has ambitious plans for the coming years.We're particularly interested in technology leaders with experience in:Scaling technology functions within high-growth, entrepreneurial businesses.DTC / B2C subscription models, including customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.Implementing AI, automation and emerging technologies to drive commercial efficiencies.Building and scaling digital platforms, eCommerce and customer-facing applications.Operating hands-on with lean teams while delivering significant business growth.This isn't a traditional corporate CIO role.

We're looking for someone commercially minded, entrepreneurial and passionate about using technology to make a genuine impact.
