As the business enters its next phase of growth, the company is looking to strengthen its leadership team, enhance operational capabilities, and build a more scalable and commercially driven organisation.About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned business leader to take ownership of end-to-end operations while helping shape the company's next phase of growth.This is a C-level position requiring a strong combination of operational leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, technical understanding, and commercial acumen.The successful candidate will be expected to bring structure to a complex and evolving business, improve operational performance, and develop the organisation's capability to scale. Beyond managing day-to-day operations, this person will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, improving commercial performance, and working closely with shareholders and strategic partners.We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable solving operational challenges on the ground and engaging in strategic discussions at the boardroom level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and strengthen end-to-end business operations, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and commercial performance.Review and improve existing operating processes, organisational structures, and systems to support scalability and sustainable growth.Oversee supply chain, product operations, service delivery, maintenance, and after-sales operations.Manage key operational partnerships and ensure effective coordination with external business partners.Identify operational improvement opportunities, manage costs, and drive stronger business performance.Work closely with senior leadership and shareholders to translate business priorities into clear operational and commercial plans.Lead and develop a cross-functional leadership team, building accountability, collaboration, and a strong performance culture.Support business expansion and new commercial opportunities while ensuring operational readiness and execution.Key RequirementsExtensive senior leadership experience in operations, general management, or business leadership, ideally with full business or significant P&L accountability.Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to build, transform, or scale businesses.Demonstrated ability to bring structure to complex operations, solve difficult business problems, and make sound decisions in ambiguous environments.Strong technical and operational understanding, combined with excellent commercial judgment and business acumen.Experience in the automotive, electric vehicle (EV), mobility, or related industries would be a significant advantage, particularly in businesses involving complex operations, supply chains, product lifecycle management, or after-sales services.Candidates from other industries with proven experience managing complex, operationally intensive businesses are also encouraged to apply.Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex operational ecosystems involving multiple external partners.Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, shareholders, and strategic stakeholders.Hands-on, adaptable, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance strategic direction and operational execution.What Makes This Opportunity InterestingThis is an opportunity to take on a significant leadership mandate in a business with strong growth potential.
