Our client, an important multinational provider of catering services and facility management solutions, is currently looking for an:Chief Operating Officer – Industrial DivisionMain Activities & ResponsibilitiesHold P&L Responsibility Lead onshore and offshore operations across several countries through the Country Managers, to common standardsOwn food cost, manning and productivity; deliver recovery plans and price revisions on under-performing contractsAct as senior operational counterpart for key accounts and turn performance into renewals and extensionsCo-lead tenders and renewals with Business Development and mobilise new contracts on time and to standardDevelop and run fleet-wide agreements across vesselsDeliver the Monthly Operation Review, KPI dashboards and quarterly reporting to GroupDevelop Country Managers as commercial and operational leaders, and lead the response to crisesOwn HSE, Quality and food-safety performance, audits and certifications across all sites

Requirements

Proven experience in international operations management with at least 5 years in a senior regional or multi-country leadership roleProven track record managing large-scale operations, service contracts, and multicultural teams across multiple geographiesBackground in Offshore, Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, Industrial Services, or related sectorsExposure to Middle East/GCC marketsExpertise in P&L management, budgeting, and operational performance as well as knowledge of contract management and commercial risk controlProven control of cost drivers and a strong grasp of contract economicsSound knowledge of QHSE and food-safety leadershipEnglish fluent Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
