Chief Product & Technology Officer

The Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) is accountable for the reliability and integrity of the company’s technology and data, and for the continuous development of digital products that improve customer experience and business performance. The role leads the Harlan app, loyalty and CRM capabilities, POS, self-ordering tablets, ERP integrations, enterprise reporting, infrastructure and technology organization across markets.

Product Strategy & Customer ExperienceEnterprise TechnologyData, Analytics & Business IntelligenceIT Infrastructure & CybersecurityCommercial & Investment AccountabilityLeadership & OrganizationQualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree desirable but not required.Typically 12+ years of progressive product/technology experience, including 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams at head-of-function or executive level; equivalent demonstrated achievement considered.Proven ownership of consumer-facing mobile apps and loyalty/CRM products, including roadmap delivery, adoption and measurable customer outcomes.Hands-on leadership experience with retail or food-service POS, ERP, self-service ordering devices, payment integrations and multi-site operations; NetSuite experience advantageous.Strong data architecture, reconciliation, BI, inventory systems and financial reporting knowledge; ability to partner credibly with Finance and Merchandising.Demonstrated cybersecurity, infrastructure reliability, vendor management, technology budgeting and change-management capability.Experience scaling technology across multiple markets, with sound commercial judgment and strong executive communication.Demonstrated integrity, maturity, initiative, discretion, accountability and ability to build an effective leadership team.'Take the next step in your leadership journey.
