QA QC ENGINER (MEP)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA QC Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP works comply with quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures for MEP activities. - Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP installations to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards. - Review and approve MEP material submittals, shop drawings, and test certificates. - Coordinate and communicate quality issues with contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams. - Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to MEP quality control. - Support the resolution of technical issues related to quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Organize and conduct quality training sessions for site teams to enhance awareness and adherence to quality standards. - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years experience as a QA QC Engineer in the MEP sector within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, standards, and inspection techniques. - Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and quality standards is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. - Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards throughout project phases. - Relevant certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) or MEP disciplines will be an advantage.
