Do not apply unless you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial pharmacy (pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP production, QA/QC or cleanroom operations) and hold a UAE pharmacist licence, or are eligible to obtain one before appointment.About Mom’s Pure Milk MPM is an innovative HealthTech R&D facility that freeze-dries and preserves a mother’s own breast milk. Each mother’s milk is processed individually and returned only to her. Milk is never pooled or mixed, and every batch is fully traceable.The Role You are MPM’s independent quality authority. A full-time Production Pharmacist prepares and records each batch. You review the work, audit the facility and release batches. You are also MPM’s key technical contact with the related government bodies when inspecting.What You Will OwnBatch release: every batch released only after documented reviewDeviations: classified and decided within the agreed response timeAudits: scheduled internal audits completed and findings closedCompetency: the Production Pharmacist’s training assessed and signed offDocumentation: SOPs and GMP records approved and currentRegulatory: technical and GMP liaison with related Government bodies Working Pattern You work 1–2 scheduled site days per week for document review, audit and release. You are reachable on working days for consultation. You attend site at short notice for urgent matters, such as deviations or inspections, as set out in your contract.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in PharmacyYou have your Own UAE VisaCan obtain an NOC from current employerUAE pharmacist licence, or eligibility to obtain it before regulatory appointmentMinimum 3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP production, QA/QC or cleanroom operationsExperience with batch record review and release, deviations, CAPA and change controlAbility to train and assess technical staffComfortable taking part in regulatory assessments, inspections and technical interviewsStrong written and spoken English Arabic is a plusPreferred: experience with EDE or MOHAP; GMP inspections; non-sterile manufacturing; ISO-classified cleanrooms; biological products; environmental monitoring.Regulatory Requirement: Appointment is subject to all applicable licensing and qualification requirements and to acceptance by the relevant UAE regulatory authorities, including EDE/MOHAP.To Apply: Send your CV and a short cover letter to HR@momspuremilk.com , subject line “Technical Manager – Part-Time”.
