It is not a retail, community, hospital or clinical pharmacist position. Do not apply unless you have hands-on GMP or industrial pharmacy experience (minimum 1 year) and hold a UAE pharmacist licence, or are eligible to obtain one.About Mom’s Pure Milk MPM is an innovative HealthTech R&D facility that freeze-dries and preserves a mother’s own breast milk. Each mother’s milk is processed individually and returned only to her. Milk is never pooled or mixed, and every batch is fully traceable.The Role You run each mother’s batch from receipt to dispatch. You prepare the milk, operate and record the process, keep every batch segregated and traceable, and hand the Technical Manager a review-ready record for release. You are also MPM’s day-to-day contact for customers: you answer calls and enquiries and schedule pick-ups and deliveries, so every mother’s milk is collected, processed and returned smoothly.What You Will OwnBatches needing no corrections at review (right first time)No traceability or labelling errors, with every mother’s milk kept individually segregatedDeviations logged the same dayReview-ready batch records for the Technical Manager’s release dayPick-ups and deliveries scheduled with couriers and drivers, confirmed with customers and tracked until completedAccurate pick-up and delivery records for every order, so each mother’s milk stays traceable end to endCustomer calls and enquiries answered, or returned within the agreed time, and logged in MPM’s systemDispatch on release day, with customers updated within agreed timesEquipment, cleaning and training records kept currentWorking Pattern Freeze-drying cycles run for several days. Between process steps you handle batch documentation, customer calls and enquiries, pick-up and delivery scheduling, and quality records. Customer calls are handled in planned windows around controlled-area work, with callbacks within agreed times. You answer using MPM-approved information and escalate anything outside it. You do not give medical or feeding advice. You perform controlled steps independently only after documented training and authorization. You report day to day to the founders, and to the Technical Manager on quality matters.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in PharmacyUAE pharmacist licence, or eligibility to obtain it before appointmentMinimum 1 year in GMP-regulated manufacturing, QA/QC or cleanroom operationsExperience with batch records and documentation, and strong attention to detailComfortable handling customer calls and enquiries and coordinating schedules with couriers and driversCalm, professional communication with customers by phone and in writingStrong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plusPreferred: customer service, scheduling or logistics coordination experience; ISO-classified cleanroom experience; non-sterile manufacturing; environmental monitoring; deviations and CAPA; comfort with online order and record systems.Regulatory Requirement: Your role in controlled processes is subject to MPM’s training, authorization and regulatory requirements.To Apply: Send your CV and a short cover letter to HR@momspuremilk.com , subject line “Production Pharmacist – GMP”.
