We're Hiring | Consultant ENT Surgeon📍 Location: Dubai💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE.The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat disorders, performing advanced ENT surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive patient care. The role requires excellent surgical skills, clinical judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditionsPerform ENT surgical procedures, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)Manage sinusitis, nasal obstruction, hearing disorders, vertigo, and voice-related conditionsEvaluate and treat head and neck masses, salivary gland disorders, and upper airway conditionsConduct and interpret nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, audiological assessments, and diagnostic imagingProvide surgical and nonsurgical management of chronic ear infections and other otological disordersAssess patients before surgery and provide comprehensive postoperative careManage ENT emergencies, including epistaxis, airway obstruction, and foreign-body emergenciesCollaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary surgical teamsSupervise and mentor junior physicians and other healthcare professionalsEnsure compliance with DHA regulations, surgical safety protocols, infection control, and patient care standardsRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT SurgeryBoard certification or equivalent recognized consultant-level qualificationAmerican Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications are highly desirableMinimum 5-10 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferredStrong expertise in advanced ENT surgery, endoscopic sinus procedures, otology, and head and neck disordersExcellent surgical skills, communication abilities, and clinical decision-makingEligible for DHA Consultant Otolaryngology classification/license in Dubai, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirementsBenefitsCompetitive salary package and attractive employment benefitsOpportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility in DubaiModern surgical facilities and advanced ENT diagnostic technologiesMedical insurance and annual leave, subject to applicable employment termsExcellent career growth and professional development opportunitiesLicensing assistance available for eligible candidatesImportant Note for ApplicantsIf you have already submitted your CV to Astra Promed FZC , please do not reapply for the same or other advertised positions.
