Location: HybridLevel: C-Suite / Executive LeadershipRole Overview: This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong combination of technology expertise and commercial leadership.

The CTO will be responsible for driving technology strategy, digital transformation, innovation, AI/Data initiatives, engineering excellence, and technology-led business growth across the organization.

Key Requirements

15+ years of technology leadership experienceMinimum 5 years in a CTO, VP Engineering, or similar executive roleProven experience managing technology P&L, budgets, and large engineering teamsStrong background in Cloud, AI/ML, Data Platforms, Enterprise Software, or CybersecurityExperience leading digital transformation programs with measurable business outcomesAbility to engage with Boards, Investors, and Executive Leadership Teams

Preferred Experience
