Hands-on CTO | Startup to Scale-upLondon | Up to £300kI'm partnering with an ambitious technology business looking to hire a hands-on CTO to lead its technology and engineering function as the business enters its next stage of growth.I'm keen to speak with proven CTOs, Co-Founders and Founders who combine strong engineering credentials with deep AI expertise and a track record of building products and scaling teams.What we're looking for:Previous experience as a hands-on CTO, Co-Founder or Founder within a startup or high-growth technology business.Exceptional software engineering and technical architecture skills.Strong practical AI experience, including building and deploying AI products using LLMs and modern AI technologies.An excellent academic background, ideally from a leading university in a relevant technical discipline.Experience building, managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.A track record of taking technology products from early-stage development through to scale.Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to turn business objectives into technical strategy and execution.The opportunity:Salary: Up to £300k
