This is a true executive role. You’ll shape company strategy, own the Product & Technology budget and report regularly to the Board.What you’ll doBuild a clear, costed product and technology strategy in your first 90 daysSet a multi-year vision and turn it into a roadmap tied to commercial goalsBuild and lead an in-house Product & Technology team, moving us away from reliance on external agenciesMake sure our platform is secure, stable and ready to scale, with 99.9% uptimeOwn the metrics that matter: activation, retention, engagement and conversionLead our data and AI strategy, from a single source of truth to intelligent matching and automationPartner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and MarketingWho we’re looking forA senior product and technology leader with experience as a CTO, CPO or VPSomeone who has scaled a SaaS, marketplace or consumer tech platformA builder of teams, comfortable taking work in-house from external partnersStrong on data and AI, with results to show for itConfident presenting to a Board and managing a budgetStrategic, but happy to roll up your sleeves when neededWhy join usYou’ll lead the product and tech direction of a fast-growing platform from day one.
