We want someone who can bring people together, develop a strong team, build meaningful relationships with families, and create an environment where children and educators can flourish.If you’re ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, we’d love to meet you.Why Join Bambini?We believe centre leadership should focus on what matters most: people, relationships, culture, and quality early learning.Our Directors are supported by a collaborative leadership structure that includes our Executive Director, People & Culture, Enrollment, and Administrative teams, along with our Pedagogistas, who provide guidance on programming and pedagogical practice.With enrollment, invoicing, payroll, and many administrative functions managed centrally, you can spend more time where your leadership makes the greatest difference: supporting educators, connecting with families, and strengthening your centre.What we offer:- Competitive annual salary of $66,000–$80,000, based on experience- RRSP matching- Extended health and dental benefits and life insurance- Paid sick and wellness days, plus paid vacation- Discounted on-site childcare- Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities- Leadership mentorship and opportunities for career advancement- Employee appreciation events- On-site parkingAbout the RoleAs Centre Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations and culture of our Hamptons centre while ensuring a high standard of care, professionalism, and early learning.Your responsibilities will include:- Building trusting relationships with educators, children, and families- Coaching, mentoring, and developing educators to support their growth- Creating a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture- Overseeing staffing, scheduling, and daily centre operations- Maintaining health, safety, and licensing standards in accordance with Alberta requirements- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, staff retention, and performance management- Partnering with our Pedagogistas to strengthen programming and pedagogical practice- Collaborating with the broader leadership team to continuously improve centre quality and outcomesAbout Bambini Learning GroupInspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we view children as capable, curious, and active participants in their learning.
