We believe founders should enjoy the pursuit of building, so we run international retreats and a concierge service that handles the logistics.Inside the room, members have co-founded businesses together, raised from one another, and gone on to nine-figure exits.The roleThis is a role for those who want a career of adventure and impact, with the autonomy to build at scale.We are looking for a true A player: someone who has run an entire business unit and is ready to own both the detail and the big picture. You will lead the whole of Dubai, reporting directly to the founder, with full ownership of who joins the room and how the member experience is delivered.Dubai is our flagship city and London is next. What you build here becomes the model every future city runs on.This role goes well beyond membership sales or retention. It asks you to think critically, solve problems at every level, build relationships that matter, and understand the founder journey and mindset deeply.What you’ll be doingLeading YP Club in Dubai end to end, with ownership of the city’s performance, growth and P&L.Owning admissions and protecting the standard of the room, making the final call on who joins.Shaping and delivering an exceptional member experience across Circle, coaching, events and concierge.Working with the Committee and resident coaches to bring city activations to life.Leading and supporting the sales team, and making sure new members are welcomed into the community seamlessly.Building lasting relationships with members and keeping engagement and retention high.Representing YP Club across the Dubai founder ecosystem, on stage and in the room.Creating the playbook, systems and standards that future cities, starting with London, will follow.Working directly with the founder on strategy and the long-term direction of the club.About youYou have owned a P&L or run a business unit, and carried the number on it.You have experience selling and managing high-value memberships while upholding high standards and following clear processes.You have operated with real autonomy, building the plan rather than executing someone else’s.You understand the founder mindset deeply, ideally because you have built something yourself.You are confident speaking publicly and can hold a room full of founders.You are experienced with high-net-worth individuals and delivering service at that level.You are approachable and kind, and genuinely want the best for others.You can run several workstreams at once without dropping any.You are comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new tools, as technology is central to how we operate.You already hold your own UAE residence visa.Bonus points if you have a public profile and create content in the founder space.Why join usLead one of the region’s most respected founder communities, with real ownership from day one.Work directly with the founder and shape the future of YP Club.Build the model that takes YP Club to London and beyond.Spend your days with exceptional founders and the people shaping the region’s business landscape.
