Civil Engineering Manager / Infrastructure Engineering Director

Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Manager / Infrastructure Engineering Director to lead engineering teams and oversee the design and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead civil engineering design, planning, and project execution.Manage engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.Review designs, technical specifications, drawings, and engineering solutions.Monitor project quality, schedule, cost, and technical performance.Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and safety requirements.Resolve technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.Support project planning, tendering, approvals, and construction activities.Drive engineering quality and continuous improvement.RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering or related field.8+ years of experience in civil or infrastructure engineering.Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects.Strong knowledge of structural, roads, drainage, utilities, or infrastructure works.Strong leadership, technical, and project management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Professional Engineer / Chartered Engineer status is an advantage.
