This could be your next career opportunity!We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and cost-related activities across the construction project lifecycle, from pre-contract estimation and tendering to cost control and final account settlement.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Support tendering, bid evaluations, procurement, and commercial recommendations.Monitor project budgets, expenditure, cash flow, and cost forecasts.Review payment applications, valuations, variations, and contractual claims.Administer construction contracts and support final account settlements.Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost control, commercial management, or contract administration within construction.Good knowledge of BOQs, tendering, valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage.Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CostX, AutoCAD, or BIM tools is an advantage.
