In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive site supervision and inspection activities, ensuring all construction work meets established standards, regulations, and project specifications. You will serve as a critical link between project management and on-site execution, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process.Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with approved plans, building codes, and Saudi Arabian construction standardsMonitor construction activities and workmanship quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry best practicesDocument inspection findings through detailed reports, photographs, and site recordsIdentify and report any deviations, defects, or safety hazards to project management and relevant stakeholdersVerify that materials, equipment, and labor meet project requirements and quality standardsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-siteCoordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve construction issues and discrepanciesMaintain organized records of all inspections, test results, and corrective actionsPerform quality assurance checks at various construction stages, from foundation to completionCommunicate inspection results and recommendations in a clear and professional mannerAssist in resolving disputes related to construction quality and specification complianceQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil EngineerMinimum 10 years of experience in civil construction site inspection and supervisionStrong knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and quality assurance practicesFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian building regulations and construction standardsProficiency in report writing and technical documentationExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficient communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plusExperience with construction management software and digital documentation toolsSolid understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety protocolsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions on-sitePhysical capability to conduct regular site inspections and walk construction areasProfessional demeanor and ability to work effectively with diverse teamsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate issues promptly
