Civil Project Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to represent the owner’s Projects Management team in executing factory expansion, construction, facility modification, and building maintenance projects.The role will coordinate and monitor all project disciplines, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and equipment interfaces, with support from consultants and the relevant internal technical departments.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the owner during project execution and site activities.Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.Monitor multidisciplinary construction activities and project interfaces.Supervise civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, utility, and equipment-related works with the relevant technical teams.Review and follow up on drawings, submittals, method statements, quantities, schedules, and technical documents.Monitor progress, quality, safety, cost, schedule, and compliance with project requirements.Identify site constraints, interface issues, risks, delays, and required corrective actions.Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, and project records.Support tendering, technical evaluation, quantity verification, and contractor selection.Follow up on inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out.Coordinate construction activities within or near operating factory areas.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in civil engineering.3–5 years of relevant experience in construction and project execution.Practical site experience in civil, structural, architectural, and multidisciplinary coordination.Industrial facility or food-factory project experience is preferred.Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Project or Primavera P6.Good English communication, reporting, and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and factory departments.Willingness to work hands-on at the project site and develop progressively within project management.
