Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer (Any Nationality) to join our team.The position is primarily site-based and requires a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in construction site supervision and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.Ensure all site works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and daily site operations.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements.Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower requirements to maintain smooth site operations.Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and other involved parties.Ensure construction activities are completed according to project schedules and requirements.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and execution procedures.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to supervise workers and manage daily site activities independently.Willingness to work primarily on construction sites.Valid UAE driving license.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Dubai – Primarily On-SiteSalary: AED 5,000 per month
