Job DescriptionDistinct is a B Corp certified facilities management company specialising in luxury retail and corporate environments across the UK. Brands like Louis Vuitton, Prada, Burberry, Cartier, Christian Dior and Armani trust us to look after their spaces, their materials and their brand experience.The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to lead part of our London portfolio, which covers corporate offices and flagship stores. You’ll be responsible for operational delivery, team leadership and client satisfaction. You’ll make sure our managers and supervisors are effective, our sites run well, our systems are used properly, and every client gets a consistently high standard of service.ResponsibilitiesOwn the performance of the contracts and sites assigned.Make sure cleaning standards consistently meet luxury brand expectationsImplement and enforce Distinct’s standard operating procedures on every sitePlan and oversee daily, weekly and monthly site visit schedulesCoordinate scheduling and quality checks for our mobile services (deep cleans, carpet cleaning, window cleaning)Coach supervisors on visit planning, client communication, staff management and systemsSpot performance gaps and work with HR on training and, where needed, formal performance management, and make sure new starters are onboarded properlyMake sure supervisors can help their teams with benefits, HR and wage queriesBe the operational contact for clients.Run regular client review meetings with performance updatesBuild strong relationships with store managers, FM managers and client contactsLead on escalations: respond quickly, investigate and put corrective actions in placeManage CMS, Timegate, work bills and ordering processesEncourage local ownership of failed duties, approvals and reporting, so less falls back on central adminCheck that admin is completed daily and doesn’t build upWhat You’ll NeedFluent in English and SpanishProven experience as an Operations Manager in facilities management and cleaningExperience managing large, complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders, ideally in luxury retail or high-end environmentsExperience managing peopleConfidence with time and attendance, scheduling, CMS and reporting systemsStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across many sitesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsGood knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and operational complianceCommercial awareness, including labour budgets and overtime managementAbout YouCalm, professional and solutions-focused under pressureHands-on and visible on site, leading by exampleGreat attention to detail, especially when it comes to presentationHonest and open, building trust with your team and clientsYou take full ownership of results and can juggle several priorities at onceWhy Join Distinct?Competitive salary based on experience Work with some of the most prestigious luxury brands in the worldReal career growth: we promote from withinPrivate healthcare, mental health support and flexible financial toolsA B Corp certified company with chemical-free cleaning, an electric delivery fleet and zero-to-landfill waste partnershipsTo apply, send your CV and a brief introduction about yourself .
