Client Case Coordinator - Dentist (Orthodontic Focus)

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Client Case Coordinator – Dentist (Orthodontic Focus) to manage and oversee orthodontic cases from consultation through final delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between patients, dentists, and the dental laboratory, ensuring that all orthodontic treatment plans are executed with precision, efficiency, and high clinical standards.This role requires strong clinical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure patient satisfaction and seamless case coordination.

Key Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent) - Essential
• Previous experience in a dental lab, orthodontic clinic, or healthcare coordination is a plus
• Knowledge of orthodontic appliances (aligners, retainers, braces, expanders) is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or dental lab software

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with dental clients via phone, email, messaging and company communication channels.
• Receive, review, and log incoming orthodontic cases accurately (impressions/scans, records, and treatment plans).
• Coordinate case progress with lab technicians and ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up on prescriptions, appliance specifications, and special instructions.
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain detailed records in the lab management system.
