Client Servicing ExecutiveChennai | Full-timeUDM is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can ensure smooth day-to-day coordination between clients and internal teams.This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organised, responsive and strong at follow-ups.What you’ll do:Handle day-to-day client communication and coordinationShare clear updates, timelines and next stepsCoordinate with Creative, Studio, Proof and Operations teamsPrepare and share MOMs with action items and deadlinesTrack tasks and follow up consistentlyEnsure no client request or internal task is missedMaintain project updates, files and communication through ZohoCheck outputs for obvious errors and correct versions before sharingEscalate delays or concerns at the right timeWhat we’re looking for:Strong verbal and written communicationExcellent follow-up and coordination skillsGood time management and attention to detailProfessional email and client communicationAbility to stay calm under pressureResponsible and team-oriented attitudeFamiliarity with project management tools; Zoho experience is a plusAt UDM, a Client Servicing Executive is expected to be Reliable.
