We work across branding, digital and campaign projects for leading names in real estate, sustainability, hospitality and the government sector.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced, Arabic-speaking Client Servicing Manager to lead the day-to-day relationship with one of our key semi-government accounts. You will be the main point of contact between the client and our creative team, making sure every request is understood, scheduled and delivered to a high standard. You will also play an active part in growing the agency’s business.The role is based in Dubai and offers flexible working arrangements, alongside regular in-person meetings with clients and the team.Key ResponsibilitiesClient management

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the account, handling incoming requests promptly and professionally
• Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
• Translate client needs into clear, well-structured briefs for the creative team
• Lead client meetings, presentations and feedback sessions, in person and online
• Manage expectations on timelines, scope and deliverables, and raise issues earlyWorkflow and project coordination
• Organise and prioritise the workflow in close coordination with the Creative Director
• Build and manage project schedules, making sure deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Track all ongoing requests and keep both client and team updated on progress
• Manage review and approval cycles, consolidating feedback clearly
• Keep accurate records of briefs, approvals and project documentationBusiness development
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the scope of work
• Support the preparation of proposals, credentials and pitch materials
• Help identify and approach new prospects, particularly in the government, semi-government and real estate sectors
• Represent the agency at client meetings and industry eventsRequirements
• 5–7 years of client servicing or account management experience in a branding or advertising agency
• Fluent Arabic speaker, with excellent written and spoken English
• Based in Dubai, UAE
• Proven experience managing demanding clients and multiple projects at once
• Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
• Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
• A good eye for design and a genuine appreciation of creative work
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independentlyNice to Have
