Role Description The Director will oversee key business functions, provide strategic direction, and ensure that operational goals align with the company’s long-term objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara involves leading cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, and monitoring results to drive efficiency and profitability. The Director will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives, managing budgets, and making data-informed decisions to support organizational growth. Daily responsibilities include mentoring team members, reviewing reports and metrics, resolving escalated issues, and collaborating with senior leadership on policies and business plans. The role also includes building external relationships as needed and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in senior or director-level leadership, with a track record of managing teams and complex operations.Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, including experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.Proven ability to analyze data, interpret business metrics, and implement process improvements.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.Experience working in an on-site leadership role and comfort with a hands-on management style in a dynamic environment.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices.Ability to work full time in Vadodara and manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
