Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleAlyne is a premium chiropractic and spine care clinic dedicated to maximizing structure, function, and long-term wellbeing.We are looking for a Clinic Receptionist to support our daily front-desk operations and provide an exceptional patient experience.The ideal candidate is organized, personable, professional, and enjoys working in a patient-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience.Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.Coordinate patient check-ins, payments, and administrative processes.Work together with the Clinic Manager to follow up with patients regarding appointment matters and continuity of care.Maintain accurate patient records and assist with imaging referrals.Communicate effectively with patients and manage reception-area patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations.Coordinate with the Clinic Manager, Chiropractors, and Clinic Assistants to ensure smooth patient flow.Maintain high standards of professionalism, service, and confidentiality.RequirementsDiploma or higher qualification preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in reception in hospitality, healthcare or customer serviceFluent in Arabic with strong English communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organized, with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinic environment.Able to communicate confidently with patients and coordinate patient movement through reception to maintain smooth clinic flow.Comfortable handling patient enquiries and challenging situations professionally.Proficient with computers and appointment scheduling systems.Proactive and detail-oriented.Experience in a premium healthcare or hospitality environment is an advantage.Why Join Alyne?If you're someone who enjoys a challenge, thrives in a dynamic environment, and finds fulfilment in helping people throughout their healing journey, Alyne could be the right place for you.Join a team where your contributions make a meaningful difference in our patients' experience and wellbeing.
