📢 We’re Hiring: Collection Manager | AlJammaz TechnologiesAlJammaz Technologies is looking for an experienced Collection Manager to join our team.We are seeking a results-driven finance professional with strong experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer management, and team leadership, ideally within the IT distribution industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the collections team and daily collection activities.Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes.Monitor AR aging and drive the reduction of overdue receivables.Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding customer accounts.Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Business Units to resolve payment issues and disputes.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.Prepare collection reports, aging analysis, and customer status updates.Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.6–8 years of relevant experience in collections, preferably within IT distribution or a related industry.Minimum 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience.Fluent in Arabic.Strong understanding of collections, accounts receivable, AR aging, customer credit behavior, and dispute resolution.Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.#AlJammazTechnologies #Hiring #CollectionManager #Collections #AccountsReceivable #FinanceJobs #ITDistribution #RiyadhJobs #SaudiArabiaJobs
