Tailor my CV for this job — freeWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics Specialist (Senior Specialist) to join a national eHealth programme.THE ROLEImprove clinical practice and patient-care workflows by translating clinical needs into safe, usable, standards-aligned digital-health solutions, and by supporting adoption, testing and optimisation.REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or paramedical discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years in a relevant clinical-informatics or health-system role, including at least 3 years of supervisory responsibility.
- Implementation or support experience across clinical systems such as EMR/EHR, LIS, pharmacy, radiology/RIS-PACS or CPOE.
- Experience analysing current and future clinical workflows, testing solutions, training users and supporting clinical adoption.
- Ability to interpret healthcare regulations, policies and standards and translate them into clinical-system requirements.KEY SKILLS
- Clinical workflow mapping and optimisation
- Clinical requirements, BRS/BRD/FRS and user stories
- Clinical safety, content, order sets, documentation and decision support
- Testing strategy, UAT, regression, conformance and defect triage
- Training, super-user models, adoption and change support
- EMR/EHR, LIS, pharmacy, radiology, HIE and e-prescribing knowledge
- Data-risk identification and communication with governance bodiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- CHIMS, CPHIMS, CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or clinical-informatics certification
- National HIE, e-prescription or disease-registry experience
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder healthcare programmes
