About the CompanyOur client, a fast-growing clinical research network, runs FDA IDE and post-market medical device trials with leading cardiovascular and endovascular practices.About the RoleThey're hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to be the research lead at the site. You'll work directly with the physicians, own your studies day to day, and help build the research program as it grows.ResponsibilitiesHelp launch the site's newest device trial, from start-up to first enrollmentsScreen, consent and enroll patients into coronary, peripheral and venous device trials (ICH-GCP)Coordinate study visits, cath lab and endovascular procedures, and follow-up within protocol windowsKeep regulatory binders audit-ready and manage IRB submissionsEnter data and resolve queries in EDC systemsPrepare for and host sponsor monitoring visitsBe the go-to contact for physicians, clinic staff, sponsors and CRAsSenior CRCs will alsoLead studies from site start-up through close-outTrain and support newer coordinators across the networkHelp shape site processes as the network growsQualificationsCRC: 2+ years as a Clinical Research CoordinatorSenior CRC: 4+ years as a coordinator, running studies independentlyRequired SkillsCath lab or endovascular research experience: coordinating trials with procedures in the cath lab or endovascular suite (required)Medical device / IDE trial experienceWorking knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulationsConfident working directly with physicians and patientsOrganized, reliable and comfortable working independentlyPreferred SkillsInterventional cardiology trials (PCI, CTO, structural heart) or PAD / venous device studiesStudy start-up experienceCCRC, CCRP or similar certificationPay range and compensation packageA growing site with a new trial just added: get in early and help build the programReal ownership of your site and studiesClear path from CRC to Senior CRC as the network growsBase salary $55,000–$85,000 depending on level and experiencePer-patient enrollment bonus401(k) with company match and 15 days PTO
