Location: Hong Kong | Full-time | On-siteAbout the Role Join our team to deliver frontline clinical support for our robotic surgical system at Hong Kong hospitals.

You will partner with surgeons and OR teams to drive product adoption during our market expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main clinical contact for assigned hospitalsProvide on-site support during surgeries, demos and training; remote troubleshootingTrain clinical users and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons & hospital stakeholdersGather clinical feedback and align with Sales, Clinical and Service teamsRequirementsFluent in Cantonese & English; Mandarin highly preferredBackground in medical devices / hospital setting with hospital-facing experienceComfortable working in operating rooms, proactive and independentWilling to travel across Hong Kong, with occasional trips to the Greater Bay Area and EuropeFlexible to support after-hours surgical cases when requiredPreferredExperience with surgical robots or large capital medical equipment; familiar with HK hospital OR workflows.Why Join UsWork with cutting-edge single-port surgical robot technology, collaborate with top surgeons in Hong Kong, and build your career in clinical support, sales or field service.
