An innovative surgical portfolio, a strong commercial team behind you and significant growth plans!Why this role?Hands-on theatre work, without the NHS rota“Learn the ropes” alongside an experienced RSM, BDMs and Clinical SpecialistsA business where individual contribution really mattersCandidate requirements:Either a relevant clinical background – ODP, Theatre Nurse OR Physician Associate with theatre experienceOR a relevant medical or life science degree with a desire to move into a commercial, customer-facing surgical roleFull driving licence with no more than 6 pointsWhat you’ll do:Deliver in-theatre case support, product training and clinical educationRun product evaluations and play a key role in new technology adoptionSupport surgeons, scrub nurses, ODPs and theatre teams across a range of surgeriesSupport sales with the introduction of new products, encourage appropriate use and identify opportunities to expand within existing accountsDevelop credibility and trust with key clinical stakeholdersThe package: £35-40K basic £12K commission £600/month car allowance
