This is a high-impact role at the center of the bank’s digital agenda. You will shape how customers are onboarded, served, lent to and paid, and how those journeys run behind the scenes.What you’ll doLead the architecture, design and delivery of retail banking workflow management systems across onboarding, servicing, lending, payments, cards and complianceDefine target-state architecture and drive continuous modernization of legacy workflows into scalable, cloud solutionsStay hands-on: guide and contribute to development in Java, Spring Boot and microservicesDesign and govern APIs and integrations between BPM platforms, core banking and channel systemsPartner with Retail Operations, Product, Risk and Compliance to translate business processes into digital workflowsSet engineering standards, review designs and mentor development teamsWhat you’ll bringStrong experience in banking or financial services technologyDeep understanding of Retail Banking Operations and end-to-end customer journeysProven track record of building and delivering digital products in retail bankingStrong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices and REST APIsExperience with BPM / workflow platforms (e.g. Pega, Appian, Camunda, IBM BAW, jBPM, Flowable)Exposure to cloud technologies (containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS/Azure, CI/CD)Ability to lead teams and communicate with senior business stakeholdersFluency in Arabic is a must
