Requirements

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 3 years of reception experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic in Kuwait, including at least 1 year in a supervisory roleValid, transferable Article 18 residencyFluent Arabic and English, written and spokenExcellent communication skills with patients, staff and managementAdministrative experience in staff management, including attendance, leave and shift schedulingExperience in onboarding and training new staff and evaluating team performanceProven team leadership, delegation and enforcement of policies and proceduresExperience in patient experience management and professional complaint handlingStrong appointment management skills, with a focus on attendance rates and schedule utilizationExperience preparing operational, administrative and performance reports, including KPIsProven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and maintain patient follow-upGood knowledge of aesthetic, dermatology and laser clinic servicesProficient in Excel and clinic management / booking systemsAbility to work under pressure and manage prioritiesAvailability for shift workAvailable to join immediatelyNote: Only applicants meeting all requirements will be considered.
