Required Technical Skills1. 𝗦𝗤𝗟 & 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁Advanced SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions, stored procedures, and query optimization.Strong understanding of relational databases, indexing, execution plans, and database performance tuning.Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.2. 𝗘𝗧𝗟 & 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes.Experience building, monitoring, and troubleshooting data pipelines.Strong understanding of data transformation, data integration, and incremental data loading.3. 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜 & 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI or equivalent BI platforms.Experience developing interactive dashboards and analytical reports.Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, data refresh, and Power BI performance optimization.Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace access management.4. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling.Experience designing fact tables, dimension tables, star schemas, and table relationships.Ability to develop KPIs, business metrics, calculated measures, and analytical models.5. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assessment.Experience delivering end-to-end BI projects.Ability to independently manage technical tasks, troubleshoot issues, and meet project deadlines.Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills. 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀o Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies.Experience with data warehousing and modern data architecture.Microsoft Power BI or relevant Data Analytics certifications.
