Co-Founder/CTO

About the opportunityA founder building in stealth is looking for an exceptional technical co-founder to build an AI company around a simple thesis: some of the largest economic opportunities inside enterprises lie in decisions that humans don’t have the time or capacity to optimize.Starting with enterprise procurement and commercial negotiations, the ambition is to build AI that doesn’t just assist decision-making, but autonomously evaluates, negotiates and executes high-value decisions. The long-term vision is to build the decision-making layer for enterprise operations, serving some of the world’s largest companies. What you’ll build

• Develop the core technology for autonomous commercial decision-making, from understanding complex environments to evaluating, negotiating and executing decisions
• Explore how machine learning, mathematical optimization, planning and agentic systems can be combined to reason under uncertainty and real-world constraints
• Build systems that improve through data, feedback and the outcomes of previous decisions
• Work directly with enterprise customers to translate complex economic problems into working technology
• Define the technical direction, build the first product and eventually assemble an exceptional engineering and research teamWho they’re looking for
• An exceptional technical builder with a track record of creating ambitious products, systems or technology from scratch. What you’ve built matters more than where you’ve worked or studied.
• Someone with the technical depth, judgment and credibility to attract and lead outstanding engineers and researchers as the company grows.
• Strong foundations in software engineering and AI/ML, with an interest in complex problems involving optimization, reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
• A creative, independent thinker with strong product instincts who can challenge assumptions, make difficult technical decisions and turn ideas into working products quickly.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable in early-stage environments, where resources are limited, priorities change and speed of execution matters.
• Exceptionally ambitious, curious and driven to build a globally significant company, with the resilience and ownership mindset that comes with starting something from zero.A background in advanced research could be valuable given the technical challenges ahead, but demonstrated technical excellence, what you’ve built and the ability to inspire other exceptional people matter far more than academic credentials.Who will be your partner in crime?Founder in her mid-20s with a background in enterprise technology, spanning strategy, commercialization, strategic partnerships and international expansion, and experience raising millions of dollars in funding. She has worked closely with major enterprise customers (including NVIDIA, Google, Microsoft and Vattenfall), senior executives, technical teams and international investors, helping bring complex technology to market across multiple countries. She brings a strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, commercial strategy, capital raising and scaling technology businesses internationally.
